Shipping

bambini takes special care of packaging and shipping. Apart from a unique shopping experience, we also strive to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We ship all across India.

We believe that the journey is as important as the destination. We don't rush the products that you receive, so we've made it a priority to deliver you a quality product. The dispatch time for domestic orders is 10 - 14 business days.


We ship through courier companies registered with Shiprocket for orders within India and through DHL Express or equivalent   courier companies for international orders.

In case you do not receive an order despite the status shown as "Delivered" on the tracking ID of the order, you can raise the concern with us within 72 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free within India for orders worth more than INR 1500. For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges levied by DHL Express as per location, weight and volume of the shipment. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

INDIAN GST

All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of Indian GST.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order under your bambini account - Order history. 

In the event of Non-Availability on Delivery, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Please note that in case of international orders, if a customer is not available for delivery, the shipping company can hold the shipment for a certain period of time. After the lapse of prescribed time, the shipment will automatically return to us in India. 

We urge you to inform us if you are not available after placing an order on our website for international as well as domestic orders. Please check our delivery timeline after you place an order on our website and if you are not available during that period kindly inform us on  bambinistorein@gmail.com or send us a Whatsapp message on +91 7678307160 about the same so that we can delay your shipment and send it only after you are available. In case a shipment reaches you and you are not available and the shipping company returns the shipment to India, no cancellation or refund is possible. For re-shipping of the same shipment you will need to bear the cost of duty/tax at port in India plus the freight cost. In such a scenario there would also be a considerable delay involved.

In case, a customer refuses to bear the customs duty/tax charges at port in India for the return shipment, then the shipment will remain with Indian customs indefinitely and we will not be able to offer any further assistance on the same.

Refund & Returns

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

After you have received the product, we give you 7 days to be sure and if you’re still unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. The products can be exchanged for the same or higher value. If you choose to delay your purchase, we can issue you a credit note for the same amount, which will be valid for 6 months. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder before the credit note expires, because we know humans forget about many things and simply need to be reminded. 

Kindly be aware, the credit note will not include the shipping costs levied at the time of purchase. 

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To ensure that the exchange or return process is quick and seamless, please note the following:

  1. The product should be unused and in clean, hygienic and unstained condition. 
  2. The tags and labels should be intact.

Our delivery partner will pick the product from you within 3-4 business days. All the refunds are processed back to your original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made once you provide us your bank details. The refund value will only be of the product and not the shipping costs levied during the purchase. Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse & all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.

Please note that for our international customers, returns are not always possible due to logistic issues. This is because return shipments to India attract substantial duty/tax charges  and more often than not are not able to cross logistical and customs hurdles and consequently, never reach back to us. For international returns, the duty/tax payment at port of entry in India is to be borne by the customer. At bambini, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

bambini cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Cancellation

For cancellation requests, you can reach out to our customer support bambinistorein@gmail.com or call us at +91 76783071620. For all domestic orders, cancellations will be accepted only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse and you will be entitled for a full refund. 

Once the products have left the warehouse, you can raise a request for return after delivery and we will process a refund for the product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

For international orders, cancellation requests after the dispatch of the order will not be accepted.
